The transportation department provides or can arrange pickup and delivery transportation services for virtually any need. Local, regional and long distance requests are accommodated, as well as the transportation of specialty vehicles (boats, campers, heavy trucks and construction equipment).


Clean vehicles allow both buyers and sellers to fully appreciate the value of their assets. As a result, CCAA offers a wide variety of reconditioning services for all vehicle types. Your CCAA representative is prepared to discuss available options from our automatic car wash to full detailing.


CCAA staff can remove signage and logos, typically found on fleet, corporate and municipal vehicles, at the client’s request.


CCAA experienced technicians can provide mechanical and body repairs, locksmith services, as well as windshield repair and replacement. Estimates are presented to the client for approval before work is performed. Major repairs and warranty work can be arranged on request.


CCAA operates an Indiana BMV Partial Service Branch (PSB) providing on-site title services for all 50 states. In addition to transfers, CCAA can perform dealer assignments, odometer corrections, title searches, title histories, duplicate titles, notary services, and lien placement and releases. CCAA Title Services employs 12 title clerks with combined experience of over 100 years. Services are insured and bonded.


CCAA settlement and title process provides clear, transferrable titles and guaranteed settlement checks.
Condition Reports utilizing state-of-the-art software, Auto IMS, and certified condition writers capture images and information related to vehicle equipment and conditions, recommended reconditioning, identified damage and estimated repair costs, and fluid checks. Refills are available via fax, email or via Auto IMS password-protected virtual client account. Pre-sale and post-sale status is also available.


Vehicle history reports are completed and evaluated on all auction inventory by AutoCheck & CarFax to identify major damage, flood, mileage or title problems. CCAA performs correction services for errors contained in reports.


CCAA allows buyers and sellers to be an auction participant by attending the live auction held each Wednesday, virtually through Pipeline for registered dealers, or proxy bid. Ask us what will work best for you.

BPP utilizes a Post-Sale Inspections services to evaluate the condition of vehicles purchased. They consist of both a frame and a mechanical inspection, and come with a 7 day guarantee. If any inspected item or part fails during that period, the item will be replaced or repaired at CCAA's option. Subject to BPP terms and conditions.


CCAA Dealer Registration, in addition to your dealer cards, can arrange floor planning through a variety of recognized companies. They will assist you with selecting the company that is best for you.

CUSTOMIZED ONLINE CLIENT ACCOUNTING provides registered clients with a secure ID and password that allows the tracking of purchases, sales, financial accounting, and title status.


Our licensed auctioneers have over 100 years of combined experience and provide a professional and exciting auction environment. CCAA provides two bid assistants per auctioneer to establish and maintain a consistent and competitive bidding environment for all seven lanes.


CCAA provides vehicle remarketing services for salvage, damaged, and inoperable vehicles by conducting weekly TRA auctions.


CCAA provides marshalling services for fleet and government accounts. The marshalling facility is over 40 paved acres and can accommodate more than 4,000 vehicles providing a secure environment with video surveillance and secure key coded electric gates. Personnel utilizing real-time handheld computers inventory and process vehicles as they enter and exit the facility. Additional services are customized at the clients’ request. CCAA has been awarded the United States Government General Services Administration (GSA) marshalling contract since 2013.
